We love NPI. I have been with Waterfront Construction Inc. since 2001. We have had a couple of other companies run our computers/servers/phones in the past and have always had problems. Since we’ve had NPI in our lives, we have not had any problems and everything is running smoothly. HUGE difference from the other companies out there. They have awesome “QUALITY” customer service and support. Not too many other companies have a strong business structure like NPI that focuses on customer satisfaction and not contracts..
