12 Dec LOOKING BACK AND MOVING FORWARD
Hard to believe 2013 is over. I hope you all had a great Christmas and 2013 was as good as ours. In reflection we have a lot to be thankful for. We are all thankful that we are all healthy and all of our families are as well. We didn’t experience any tragedies locally like the tornados in Oklahoma, Boston marathon bombings, or a monsoon like in the Philippines.
I can’t imagine what those folks went through as our thoughts and prayers are with those victims. We are very fortunate, we live in a beautiful part of the world; we have mountains, lakes, and ocean. We can ski, bike, hike, fish, sail or go play in the desert. The worst thing that can happen to us here in the Northwest is maybe getting hit by a Microsoft millionaire, or not being able to get a table at a restaurant in south lake Union because of all the Amazonians.
So for the good in 2013, my golf handicap went from a 100 to 99, Vince and Shannon became grandparents to a beautiful little girl, we started some great partnerships, offered new services, Seahawks are awesome, retained our customers and gained a bunch of new ones that we are excited about. We also grew, adding new people to the team and positioning ourselves to be successful in the future.
What’s on the horizon for NPI in 2014, well the NPI family will increase by 3 when Jeremy, Brian and Sean all have their first child in 2014. We are adding new services to offer our clients and potential clients and yes some of those services will be in “the cloud’. We look forward to helping our clients achieve their goals and reach newer height of success. We have been and always will be a service and support organization with our client’s needs as our focus. We realize if you’re not successful, neither are we. Your bottom line is as important to us as our bottom line. It is really simple math, a happy client is a great client and an unhappy client is going to go where they are happy.
So thank you all for your business and partnerships, we hope you all have your best year ever in 2014 and look forward to doing our part to help you create success.
If the Seahawks win the Super Bowl, everyone one gets free IT support for a year! (Joking)
