12 Feb ANOTHER SUCCESS STORY FOR NPI CIRCUIT BROKERAGE
Every month I write an article about our circuit brokerage and why you should use us. There are the usual reasons, we can save you money, provide support, and craft a better solution for your business. We are not perfect by any means. We make mistakes, but we do things with our client’s best interest in mind.
Most days you will think that using NPI as your broker is no different than Joe Schmo circuit brokerage. We both go out and find the best deal (or we all should), make recommendations, and then help implement the new services. You may even lean towards them because the sales guy is a smooth talker and maybe we aren’t.
We recently acquired a new client and they were looking at a new phone systems and circuits from other brokers and were on the verge of making a decision, but the owner decided to take one more meeting with us. When we were done with the second meeting, we walked out with signed paperwork for a phone system and circuits.
Great win for us, but the really cool part was a few weeks later, before their new services were turned up they called us in a panic on a Monday. Over the weekend there was a power event in their building and when they came in and their phones didn’t work. They called us and we helped them open a ticket with Integra. Integra said that they checked their equipment remotely and everything looked good.
The next day we got a call from the client and their phones were still not working. So, we sent an engineer to their office to take a look at the phone system. Everyone thought that the phone system was the culprit. What we found out was the power event had fried a cable going to the Integra gear and the piece of equipment was not working. Our engineer was able to diagnose the problem and fix it, two hour before the Integra technician showed up.
The moral of the story is that we are a great value for any client. Most people don’t understand Telecom and you shouldn’t. You all have businesses to run and that is your profession. If I need a mechanic, I don’t do it myself, I call my buddy brad. If I need financial advice, I call a professional. When you need telecom services, please call NPI. We will help you with a solution, save you money, but most importantly be there when you need us.
