The last few days have been really nice, blue sky, sun and the sunglasses are out. I know I am itching to get on the golf course, boating, camping and other activities out in the sun. The last thing on your mind is computer stuff. What would you do on a Friday at 3 p.m. if your computer crashes, who are you going to call or will you call? If they can’t handle something, they escalate up to an senior engineer, which at that time the event becomes billable and not a part of the RPM program. But, if this happens, you will receive a call to confirm that you want the work done, and that you know it is billable.
