NP Information Systems is a full service re-seller of AccountMate®, a full-function accounting package (if you want more information on the software please visit www.accountmate.com).  We have been selling and supporting this line of accounting software for over 10 years. The services and skills we add are:

• Sales - Our role as salespeople is to make sure that you are getting the right software to do the job.  We like to learn how your business works so that we can recommend the most effective solutions for your accounting needs.  We will not hard sell you things you do not need.
• Installation and Training - It is our job to make sure that your software is properly installed and that you are trained on how to use it.  We take this phase seriously because it is expensive to find out a year down the road that your setup needs to be changed.  We want to make sure that it gets done right the first time.
• Customization - If you need the software do some special functions that it does not do natively, we can customize to meet your needs.  We can do this in by modifying the actual AccountMate; screens or we can create side systems that interact with the accounting data.  Which way is best depends on the situation, and frequently it takes some of each.
• Support - We are interested in a long-term relationship, one where you can quickly and easily get information and support.  Our whole organization is geared toward supporting your systems.  Besides accounting software support, we have network engineers, programmers and web developers who can help your in-house staff by supporting your systems as a whole.
